The Condo Association governs the 246 owner occupied residences. There is a condo website provided by the property management company. This site (link below) is the primary resource for Condo residents to: Submit thier own maintenance requests electronically; pay their assessments electronically; fill out architectural change forms electronically; and find meeting minutes, financials, budget reports, recent sales, contact info, and so much more! There is a public and private part of this website. To access the private side of the site, you must have a login, and the home page includes a Login Request Form.
